Sub-processors

Template. This list ships with the platform and must be reviewed and kept current by the operator (the data controller). Update it whenever a sub-processor is added or removed, and give affected customers advance notice per your DPA.

Integra engages the following sub-processors to help deliver the service. Personal information may be processed by these providers for the stated purposes. Some are located outside Canada.

Self-hosted software components (e.g. the MongoDB database engine) run on the hosting above and are not separate third-party sub-processors.

Notes

Email and SMS providers only receive data when notifications are actually sent (they are simulated when no provider keys are configured). Where a sub-processor is in the United States, personal information may be subject to foreign law; this is disclosed in the Privacy Policy.
